Please read these Terms carefully before using the QuickBee Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Welcome to QuickBee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickBee website, mobile application, digital gold savings schemes, payment services, rewards programs, redemption facilities, and associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, guidelines, or notices issued by QuickBee from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

01 Definitions

  • "QuickBee", "Company", "we", "our", or "us" refers to QuickBee and its affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, partners, merchants, vendors, and service providers.
  • "User", "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
  • "Digital Gold Scheme" refers to the 11-month digital gold savings and redemption scheme facilitated through QuickBee.
  • "Jewellery Partner" refers to the authorized jewellery merchant associated with a specific scheme.
  • "Redemption" means conversion of accumulated scheme value into jewellery or cash.
  • "Nominee" means the individual designated by the customer to receive eligible benefits upon the customer's death.
  • "Wallet" refers to any balance, reward, or settlement account maintained within the Platform.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

2.2 By using the Platform, users confirm that:

  • All information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
  • Transactions are conducted using payment instruments belonging to the user.
  • The Platform will not be used for illegal, fraudulent, speculative, or unauthorized purposes.

2.3 Only one QuickBee account shall be permitted per registered mobile number unless otherwise specifically approved by QuickBee.

2.4 QuickBee reserves the right to suspend, merge, restrict, or terminate duplicate accounts or accounts created in violation of this policy.

2.5 QuickBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information or violating these Terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Users may be required to register using mobile number, OTP verification, email address, KYC details, PAN details, and other information as required.

3.2 Users are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, securing their devices and accounts, and all activities occurring under their account.

3.3 QuickBee shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from sharing of credentials, phishing attacks, device compromise, malware, or user negligence.

3.4 QuickBee may conduct identity verification, fraud screening, device verification, or risk assessments at any time.

04 Nature of the Digital Gold Scheme

4.1 QuickBee operates an 11-month digital gold savings scheme similar to jewellery savings schemes traditionally offered by jewellery retailers.

4.2 Customers may contribute monthly or periodically through approved payment methods.

4.3 Upon completion of the 11-month tenure, customers must redeem their accumulated value either towards jewellery purchases from the respective Jewellery Partner, or through cash redemption subject to applicable fees and deductions.

4.4 The applicable redemption value shall be based on prevailing gold prices, partner pricing, taxes, platform fees, applicable deductions, and operational charges.

4.5 Digital gold prices displayed on the Platform are dynamic and may change in real time based on market conditions.

4.6 The gold rate displayed on the Platform at the time of successful transaction processing shall be the applicable rate for the transaction.

4.7 QuickBee does not guarantee returns, appreciation, profit, fixed value, liquidity, or investment performance.

4.8 Digital gold is not a bank deposit and is not insured by any governmental insurance program unless explicitly stated.

05 Payments & Transactions

5.1 Users may make payments through any of the payment methods made available by the authorized payment partner, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, QR code payments, and other approved payment methods. Availability may vary depending on the payment partner, banking network, geography, or operational limitations.

5.2 All payments are subject to successful authorization, banking confirmation, fraud checks, compliance verification, and partner approval.

5.3 QuickBee reserves the right to reject, delay, hold, reverse, or cancel any transaction suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, non-compliant, or high-risk.

5.4 Users acknowledge that payment confirmations may be delayed due to banking downtime, UPI server issues, payment gateway failures, network failures, technical maintenance, or third-party operational delays.

5.5 Transactions shall be deemed successful only when reflected as successful on the Platform.

06 Payment Failures, Refunds & Reversals

6.1 If a payment fails or remains pending, the amount may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider. Reversal timelines may vary between 3 to 15 business days depending on the banking network or payment provider.

6.2 If a customer's account is debited but gold is not credited, the transaction shall remain under reconciliation. QuickBee may request bank references, transaction IDs, screenshots, or statements. Resolution shall occur only after successful verification.

6.3 QuickBee shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, NPCI, payment gateways, card networks, or third-party service providers.

6.4 Users shall not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or false disputes.

6.5 QuickBee reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent disputes, payment abuse, unauthorized transactions, or manipulation attempts.

6.6 In case of duplicate credit or erroneous credit, QuickBee reserves the right to reverse or recover excess amounts or balances.

07 Redemption Policy

7.1 Upon completion of the 11-month scheme tenure, customers must redeem their accumulated balance.

7.2 Redemption may occur through jewellery redemption from the respective Jewellery Partner, or cash redemption.

7.3 Jewellery redemption is subject to product availability, partner operational policies, identity verification, and applicable taxes and charges.

7.4 For jewellery redemption, the same registered customer who subscribed to the scheme must be physically present at the Jewellery Partner location during redemption.

7.5 Customers may be required to provide government-issued ID proof, OTP verification, registered mobile verification, and additional KYC documents.

7.6 Jewellery redemption may be refused if identity verification fails, the redeeming individual does not match the registered customer, or compliance concerns arise.

7.7 Cash redemption requests may be subject to platform fees, banking charges, processing charges, taxes, and other applicable deductions.

7.8 Physical delivery timelines for jewellery or products may vary depending on product availability, logistics operations, geographic location, verification requirements, holidays, or force majeure events.

7.9 Once jewellery redemption orders are processed or confirmed, cancellation may not be permitted.

7.10 When redemption towards jewellery is requested, jewellery purchases from the respective Jewellery Partner can be made only after 48 hours from the time of successful redemption request confirmation.

7.11 The waiting period may be required for transaction verification, settlement processing, gold allocation confirmation, compliance checks, and partner reconciliation.

08 Non-Redemption After Maturity

8.1 If redemption is not completed within the applicable redemption period after maturity, the redemption value may be refunded to the original payment source used by the customer, or the amount may be retained in a non-interest-bearing account until disputes, verification requirements, or compliance checks are resolved.

8.2 QuickBee shall not provide any interest, compensation, appreciation, or returns on unredeemed, pending, held, or disputed balances.

09 Nominee & Death Claims

9.1 Customers may nominate an eligible nominee during registration or through permitted account update processes.

9.2 In the event of death of the customer or inability of the registered customer to be physically present during redemption, the registered nominee may become eligible to act on behalf of the customer subject to successful KYC verification, submission of supporting documents, identity verification, compliance checks, and approval by QuickBee and/or the Jewellery Partner.

9.3 QuickBee reserves the right to reject, delay, or hold claims where documentation is incomplete, legal disputes exist, verification fails, or fraud is suspected.

9.4 QuickBee reserves the right to request additional documentation including medical records, authorization letters, relationship proof, death certificate, government-issued identity proof, and any other documents required for verification or legal compliance.

10 KYC & PAN Compliance

10.1 QuickBee may require customers to complete KYC verification for accessing certain features, transaction limits, withdrawals, or redemptions.

10.2 KYC documents may include PAN card, Aadhaar card, address proof, selfie verification, and bank verification.

10.3 If the total amount paid or invested by a customer exceeds INR 2,00,000 in a financial year, the customer shall be required to submit PAN card details or copies in accordance with applicable Income Tax laws and compliance requirements.

10.4 Failure to provide PAN details or required documentation may result in transaction restrictions, redemption delays, withdrawal limitations, temporary suspension, or compliance reporting obligations.

10.5 Users consent to identity verification through authorized agencies and databases.

11 Rewards, Cashback & Promotions

11.1 QuickBee may provide cashback, gold rewards, referral bonuses, promotional benefits, coupons, and loyalty rewards.

11.2 Promotional benefits may be subject to expiry dates, merchant participation, usage restrictions, eligibility criteria, and geographic restrictions.

11.3 QuickBee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

11.4 Fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, bots, or abuse of promotional systems may result in cancellation of rewards, account suspension, or legal action.

12 User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Conduct fraudulent activities
  • Manipulate rewards or pricing
  • Reverse engineer the Platform
  • Upload malicious software
  • Share false information
  • Use unauthorized payment methods
  • Impersonate another individual

Users remain solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

13 Third-Party Services

13.1 QuickBee may integrate with jewellery partners, payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, vaulting partners, logistics providers, verification agencies, and technology providers.

13.2 QuickBee shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, delays, failures, or policies of third-party providers.

13.3 Users may additionally be subject to terms imposed by third-party partners.

14 Taxes & Charges

14.1 Applicable taxes including GST may apply depending on transaction type and applicable laws.

14.2 Users remain solely responsible for payment of taxes arising from transactions.

14.3 Platform fees, redemption charges, delivery charges, processing fees, or banking charges may apply depending on the service utilized.

15 Limitation of Liability

15.1 In the event of any dispute, claim, deficiency, operational issue, delay, fraud investigation, technical failure, legal proceeding, or loss whatsoever, the maximum liability payable by QuickBee shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer under the relevant scheme or transaction.

15.2 QuickBee shall not be liable for loss of profits, market losses, opportunity losses, consequential damages, indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, banking failures, cyber attacks, or service interruptions.

16 Disclaimers

16.1 Digital gold prices are subject to market fluctuations and may increase or decrease over time.

16.2 Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

16.3 QuickBee does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

16.4 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

16.5 QuickBee does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure services.

17 Force Majeure

QuickBee shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, cyber attacks, government restrictions, regulatory actions, banking outages, internet failures, pandemics, power failures, war, or labor disputes.

18 Account Suspension & Termination

QuickBee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate accounts without prior notice if fraudulent activity is suspected, KYC verification fails, duplicate accounts are detected, chargeback abuse occurs, legal or compliance violations arise, or these Terms are violated. QuickBee may additionally freeze balances or redemptions pending investigation.

19 Privacy & Communications

19.1 User information shall be processed in accordance with the QuickBee Privacy Policy.

19.2 Users consent to receive OTPs, transaction alerts, emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, push notifications, promotional messages, and service communications.

19.3 Users may opt out of promotional communications where permitted.

20 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala.

21 Dispute Resolution

21.1 Users agree to first contact QuickBee support for resolution of complaints or disputes.

21.2 QuickBee may attempt dispute resolution through internal grievance mechanisms.

21.3 If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

21.4 Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

22 Modification of Terms

QuickBee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

23 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

24 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the customer and QuickBee regarding use of the Platform and supersede prior understandings or agreements.
